LY iTECH Selected as a "Best Practice Case for Sustainable Development" by the China Association of Listed Companies

On November 18, the "2025 Listed Companies Sustainable Development Conference," hosted by the China Association of Listed Companies, concluded successfully in Beijing. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the China Securities Regulatory Commission, industry associations, and more than 500 representatives from listed companies and professional institutions attended the conference. As a company selected as a best practice case for sustainable development among listed companies, LY iTECH was invited to attend the conference and received an honorary certificate.

This call for sustainable development practice cases was initiated by the China Association of Listed Companies. It aims to summarize and promote outstanding experiences of listed companies in sustainable development, thereby fostering mutual learning and exchange among enterprises. This year, a total of 757 cases were submitted, and ultimately 210 cases were selected as the best practices, standing out for their effectiveness, exemplary nature, innovation, and potential for wider adoption. The case submitted by LY iTECH (GUANGDONG) COMPANY, titled "Safeguarding Employee Rights and Promoting Mutual Growth Between Enterprises and Employees," was successfully chosen in the category of "Employee Rights and Development." The case systematically showcases the company's exploration and practice in building a fair, growth-oriented, and fulfilling workplace ecosystem. In terms of institutional safeguards, LY iTECH not only provides employees with comprehensive social insurance in accordance with the law but also proactively expands the scope of benefits by offering paid annual leave and fully-paid sick leave on top of the statutory standards. This allows employees to spend more time with their families and pursue their hobbies outside of work, while ensuring they can rest assured during illness without worrying about loss of income.


This year, the group has focused heavily on enhancing the employee experience and increasing resource investment. The one-stop HR and administrative service center, jointly established by multiple departments including HR, business, administration, and IT, has been officially launched. An AI-powered intelligent system has been introduced to optimize workflows and improve service efficiency. Meanwhile, the company has initiated a phased upgrade and renovation of dormitories, cafeterias, and public facilities, widely soliciting employee feedback to genuinely address their concerns. The total investment in these initiatives is expected to reach nearly 200 million yuan, benefiting over 30,000 employees.


As a publicly listed company led by a female founder, LY iTECH has always upheld the principle of diversity and inclusion, paying close attention to the physical and mental health as well as career development of its female employees and continuously deepening its initiatives to care for them. In March of this year, the company also launched a themed "Caring for Women's Health" month-long campaign, delivering heartfelt support to its female employees through various activities such as "Self-Care" boot camps, courses on women's mental health, and the "Her Power" knowledge quiz. At the same time, the campaign promotes breaking gender stereotypes and fostering an atmosphere of respect, understanding, and support among all employees.

In terms of incentives and growth mechanisms, the company implements a variable compensation system closely linked to performance, fully stimulating employees' enthusiasm and creativity. Based on the characteristics of each position, we comprehensively employ various methods such as annual work reports, performance assessments, goal management, and personnel evaluations to conduct performance reviews, and effectively link these review results with compensation incentives, ensuring that business outcomes are fairly reflected in employee rewards.

In terms of talent development, the company has established a training and development system that covers the entire career lifecycle of its employees. Closely aligned with strategic development needs, the company offers tailored programs for employees—from onboarding to promotion—including the "Future Stars" recent graduate management trainee program, the "Qingcheng Program" for high-potential young talents, as well as management capability enhancement programs for middle managers and leadership training camps for newly appointed directors, helping employees confidently tackle workplace challenges and break through career development bottlenecks.
