Sustainable Development Architecture

The company has established an ESG management framework for Lingyi Manufacturing, consisting of the Board of Directors, the Social Responsibility Committee, and the ESG Working Group. The Board of Directors is the ultimate supervisory department for the company's ESG and climate change matters, assessing and confirming the ESG and climate change-related risks and opportunities of the group, and bearing overall responsibility for the ESG management system and information disclosure; the Social Responsibility Committee, whose members include senior executives from departments such as operations, human resources, EHS, CSR, and administration, aims to elevate sustainable development to the company's management scope; the ESG Working Group coordinates ESG for each business module, supervises key issues, and promotes the company's ESG practices.

  • In response to the dual carbon goals, an energy IoT platform and an intelligent energy management platform have been established to achieve precise management and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
  • 34 production entities have obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
  • The company is committed to improving the construction of its energy management system. In 2024, 5 production entities under Leeyi Manufacturing successfully passed the ISO50001 energy management certification system.
  • We are vigorously promoting green operations and using advanced technologies to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy consumption:
    19 subsidiaries participated in energy efficiency projects, carried out 5 major system energy-saving renovations, saved 16,880,000+ kilowatt-hours of electricity, and reduced carbon emissions by 7,000+ tons.
    17 subsidiaries participated in zero landfill waste projects. Through independent innovation processes, they improved the conversion rate of waste, with 14 factory sites achieving a conversion rate of over 90%, and the annual waste reduction amount reaching 3,000+ tons. 4 production entities passed customer certification, and 2 of them obtained UL2799 certification certificates.
  • We continuously optimize process procedures and integrate the "3R" (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principles into every aspect of lean production and intelligent manufacturing.
  • We are actively promoting energy transformation and continuously increasing investment in clean energy: In the Chinese mainland, the photovoltaic power generation volume was 41,253,112.92 kilowatt-hours, equivalent to reducing 22,136.42 tons of carbon dioxide emissions; 568,791 megawatt-hours of domestic green certificates were purchased, equivalent to reducing 305,213.25 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

  • We are committed to improving the product quality management system, continuously optimizing internal processes and quality standards, and obtaining certifications such as ISO9001/QC080000 for product quality management systems.
  • We adhere to the principle of "people-oriented", emphasizing occupational health and safety management. 33 production entities have obtained ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certifications.
  • We regard safety production as the cornerstone of business development. We have invested 9732.51 million yuan in safety production, with cumulative investment of 133 million yuan over the past three years.
  • Our well-developed talent development and training system has a total training investment of 8760.73 million yuan. The average training hours per person are 48 hours, with a coverage rate of 98.32%. We attach importance to talent reserves and incentives, and have established differentiated and diversified promotion channels to promote the orderly implementation of the company's talent strategy.
  • Our comprehensive welfare policies include housing, communication, meals, and various subsidies such as professional titles. Beyond complying with regulations, we also provide 131.8 million hours of annual leave and 99.1 million hours of full-pay sick leave.
  • We have implemented long-term equity incentive plans and employee shareholding programs. Since 2018, the company has implemented multiple employee incentive plans, sharing the returns brought by business growth with employees.
  • We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment. We have launched the "Rainbow Project" for multi-fusion, established a multi-fusion committee, and promoted the construction of diversity and inclusiveness within the organization.   • The board of directors has established four committees: Audit, Strategy, Compensation, and Nomination. It has constructed a four-dimensional governance structure covering strategic planning, risk prevention and control, talent management, and compliance supervision to ensure governance norms.
  • The governance structure is continuously optimized and the board's diversity policy is effectively implemented. The board consists of 7 directors, with 43% (3 people) being independent directors and 29% (2 people) being female directors.
  • A "layered + full chain" risk control system has been created, classifying risks by environment, society, and governance, to achieve targeted risk control and enhance the ability to resist risks.
  • The three lines of defense are strengthened for collaborative supervision, strictly adhering to the anti-corruption bottom line. The "Lingyi Integrity Day" is set up to enhance employees' awareness of integrity.
  • Transparent communication bridges are actively built with all stakeholders, and the company has received an A grade in the annual information disclosure assessment of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for two consecutive years.
  • A number of environmental and business ethics control requirements for suppliers have been formulated, creating a sustainable supply chain.
  • With technology as the core competitiveness, a complete three-level research and development system has been established, providing a solid system and platform support for technological innovation and being included in the "National Federation of Industry and Commerce · 2024 Annual List of 500 Private Enterprises with R&D Investment (No. 110)".
  • Artificial intelligence and robot research and development have been applied to automated production, combined with independently developed numerical control and automation equipment, to create a modern intelligent factory.
