LINGYI iTECH (GUANGDONG) COMPANY June 2025 Inclusion in CSI 300 Index Constituents (Sample Stocks)

On May 30, 2025, China Securities Index Co., Ltd. issued the "Announcement on the Regular Adjustment Results of the CSI 300, CSI 500, CSI 1000, CSI A500 and Other Indexes." The announcement stated that the CSI 300 Index will replace 7 constituent stocks, with LY Intelligent Manufacturing being one of the newly added constituents. The index constituents will take effect after the market close on June 13, 2025.
The CSI 300 Index consists of 300 representative securities with large scale and good liquidity from the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets. It was officially launched on April 8, 2005, to reflect the overall performance of listed company securities in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets. Index funds and actively managed funds tracking this index or using it as a performance benchmark have assets totaling trillions.
